About the CNC Setter Operator (Shift) Role
As a CNC Setter Operator (Shift), you will play a crucial role in the production of world-class aerospace components. In this position, you will be responsible for setting up and operating manual and CNC machines to produce components to exacting technical specifications and quality standards. You will also inspect parts, perform basic maintenance, and ensure components meet the required deburring standards.
This role consists of rotating days and late shifts - 6am - 1:45pm / 2pm - 10pm.
What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate for the CNC Setter Operator role will have extensive experience in a machine shop environment.
You should be proficient in reading technical drawings, programming CNC machines, and using conventional measurement techniques. A strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality are essential.
