A leading construction company is seeking an experienced Design Manager to join their team in Gerrards Cross. This is an exciting opportunity to work on hospital and healthcare construction projects across the UK and internationally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the design process for hospital and healthcare construction projects.
- Collaborate with internal teams, contractors, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure project success.
- Oversee compliance with healthcare construction regulations and standards.
- Manage design development, approvals, and coordination with architects and engineers.
- Support value engineering and risk management initiatives.
Requirements:
- Experience in hospital or healthcare construction is essential.
- Background in main contracting, PMC, or Design Management consultancy.
- Knowledge of UK construction regulations; international project experience is a plus.
- Ability to lead design teams and liaise effectively with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach.
