PSR Solutions are currently recruiting for a Contracts Manager on industrial & commercial schemes in Buckinghamshire/Oxfordshire and surrounding areas.

The organisation is a main building contractor who has an excellent reputation in the construction industry for delivering quality schemes ranging from 2million - 20million in value.

Job role: Contracts Manager

Salary: 75,000 - 85,000 + package (DOE)

Duration: Permanent

Location: Bucks/Oxfordshire

Contracts Manager responsibilities:

• Meeting with clients to identify requirements.
• Agreeing budgets & timescales.
• Attending site meetings regularly to check on project progress.
• Acting as main point of contact for Site/Project Manager's and clients.
• Developing & presenting project proposals.

Contracts Manager Knowledge and skills:

• Black CSCS
• SMSTS
• Industrial & commercial experience
• Experience within a similar role in the construction industry
• Strong leadership skills
• Ability to use own initiative
