CNC Training Partner / Nr Gerrard's Cross / Up to £45,000 per annumSyntech Recruitment are seeking a CNC Training Partner to develop and deliver training programmes for machinists. You'll play a crucial role in upskilling staff through classroom sessions, hands-on training, and assessments.Hours: Monday - Thursday 8am to 5pm, Friday 8am to 12pm

CNC Training Partner Responsibilities:

  • Create and run tailored training programmes for machinists.
  • Provide classroom and on-the-job training.
  • Coordinate external courses and maintain the department's competency matrix.
  • Support appraisals and staff development with feedback and performance evaluations.
  • Drive continuous improvement activities.

CNC Training Partner Skillset:

  • Experience in training and developing machinists or manufacturing teams.
  • Knowledge of CNC machine operations, metal cutting, and technical drawings.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Engineering Apprenticeship (NVQ Level 3) or HNC/HND is ideal
  • Experience in aerospace, automotive, or defence sectors.
