Wiring Technician / Near Gerrard's Cross / 32,500 per annum

Company Overview:
Our client, a leading company in the aerospace industry, is seeking a highly skilled Wiring Technician to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with hands-on experience in the assembly of aerospace antennas, GPS units, and navigation systems.

Wiring Technician Responsibilities:

  • Assembly of aerospace components including antennas, GPS units, and navigation systems.
  • Daily hands-on work with soldering, wiring, and looming.
  • Working from technical drawings to build and wire control panels.
  • Potential involvement in electronic testing, including the use of oscilloscopes and multimeters to fault-find down to the component level.

Wiring Technician Profile:

  • Proven experience assembling aerospace products.
  • Soldering, wiring, and looming expertise.
  • Previous experience at a company such as Chelton (Marlow) or in a similar environment.
  • Experience in electronic testing, with the ability to fault-find using oscilloscopes and multimeters.
  • Experience building and wiring control panels from technical drawings.
  • A passion for precision and high-quality standards.
