Job description

We are an established Property Finance Brokerage specialising in Bridging, Buy to Let, Commercial Term and Development finance.

We have a great opportunity for a Personal Assistant, to work on a 1:1 basis with our Managing Director

Please see below the main tasks, but not limited to for the role of Personal Assistant: -

  • Maintain confidentiality
  • Manage and maintain the Director's diary
  • Ensure Director is prepared for meetings by providing necessary papers, travel information, agenda’s etc and calling the client for briefing to ensure the Director is fully prepared for all engagements.
  • Highlight any urgent correspondence / emails etc and bring to Director's attention.
  • Co-ordinate travel and accommodation requirements and ensure all arrangements match the Director's requirements.
  • Filter general information, queries, telephone calls etc on behalf of the Director to ensure they are not dealing with unnecessary matters.
  • Deal with correspondence, take and relay accurate messages from telephone callers and answer queries where possible.
  • Oversee appointments made by any other members of staff, diarise to obtain an update from the member of staff and report information to Director.
  • Provide agendas and take minutes for meetings when required.
  • Maintain a comprehensive working environment, paying attention to data protection.
  • Liaise with staff, clients, brokers, solicitors, lenders.
  • Undertake any other duties as requested.
  • Assist Director as and when required to process cases.

Criteria

  • Must have good numeracy skills.
  • Must be confident both face to face and over the telephone.
  • Must have good attention to detail.
  • Ability to be flexible around working hours.
  • Ability to be able to attend meetings with Director if required at short notice.
  • Ability to work comfortably on own initiative.
  • Happy to work in a close environment with the Director.
  • Happy to undertake any necessary courses to enhance the business.
  • Ability to take on new tasks and work in a fast paced, challenging environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £35,000.00-£40,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday in Gerrards Cross office
