You will play a pivotal role providing directly high-level professional assistance, administrative support and stakeholder liaison, alongside leading a small team of Professional Assistants. This is a unique opportunity to work closely with senior leadership in a dynamic and inspiring educational environment.   • Providing a full, confidential Executive Assistant service to the Principal.
  • Providing a full, confidential Professional Assistant service to the members of Executive Leadership (as required).
  • Assisting the Clerk to the Corporation in terms of arrangements for Corporation and Committee meetings and follow-up of actions from those meetings.
  • Drafting letters, emails, reports, papers and presentations for the Principal and other members of Executive Leadership as required.
  • Preparing agendas and produce minutes for other Executive Leadership members meetings as required.
  • Effectively manage and respond to enquiries from governors, staff, students, parents and other persons, either in person or on the telephone.
Requirements You will need:
  • A general level of education to A Level/Vocational Level 3 standard
  • Relevant secretarial or administration qualification at NVQ Level 3 or above
  • Substantial successful secretarial and administrative experience at a senior level
  • Experience of diary management
  • Experience of establishing and maintaining appropriate information systems
  • Experience of managing or supervising staff
