You will play a pivotal role providing directly high-level professional assistance, administrative support and stakeholder liaison, alongside leading a small team of Professional Assistants. If you're ready to make a real impact and be part of our dynamic team, we’d love to hear from you!Responsibilities You will be responsible for:- Providing a full, confidential Executive Assistant service to the Principal.
- Providing a full, confidential Professional Assistant service to the members of Executive Leadership (as required).
- Assisting the Clerk to the Corporation in terms of arrangements for Corporation and Committee meetings and follow-up of actions from those meetings.
- Drafting letters, emails, reports, papers and presentations for the Principal and other members of Executive Leadership as required.
- Preparing agendas and produce minutes for other Executive Leadership members meetings as required.
- Effectively manage and respond to enquiries from governors, staff, students, parents and other persons, either in person or on the telephone.
- A general level of education to A Level/Vocational Level 3 standard
- Relevant secretarial or administration qualification at NVQ Level 3 or above
- Substantial successful secretarial and administrative experience at a senior level
- Experience of diary management
- Experience of establishing and maintaining appropriate information systems
- Experience of managing or supervising staff
