Assembly Operative - Pressure Testing / Near Gerrard's Cross / Up to 29,450 per annum
Are you an experienced Assembly Operative with demonstrable Pressure Testing experience? You could be progressing your career at a world class and very successful Manufacturing company who have been awarded multiple queens awards and provide a range of complex safety equipment for the Aerospace / Defence markets.
Based in a busy assembly department, you will be Pressure Testing assembled aerospace components to a high standard of quality
Assembly Operative - Pressure Testing Responsibilities:
- Run programmes that test high pressure hoses to required technical and quality standards
- Test samples to destruction
- Follow design documents and technical specifications when setting up programmes
- Inspect work to quality standards, issuing relevant certificates and stamps
Assembly Operative - Pressure Testing Skills and Experience:
- Pressure Testing experience
- Basic manufacturing/engineering background
- Experience of reading and interpreting engineering drawings
- Experience with riveting, bonding and gluing
- Familiar with engineering hand tools.
- Basic understanding of measuring equipment
