Corporate Tax Manager required. Our client are seeking an Tax Manager to join the team and work within the Gerrards Cross based team ensuring maximum efficiency is achieved on all projects whilst also taking a proactive approach in driving the team forward. My client are a top medium sized accountancy practice and can offer long-term stability and progression into partnership as the company grows further.

The role would mainly focus on the following duties; providing management over clients ensuring an excellent quality of service is provided as first point of contact, handling some compliance work and also managing a team of tax staff.

A background working within an accountancy practice would be essential. You would ideally have a recognised Accountancy qualification such as; ATT, CTA or similar



Corporate Tax Manager Position Overview

  • Tax planning for a range of differing clients
  • R&D good working knowledge to become the firm's specialist in due course and supporting clients with their ongoing needs
  • Corporate Tax restructuring and Tax due diligence to support Partners and clients on an ad hoc basis
  • EIS/SEIS advanced assurance on qualifying trade and the new KIC status, completion of EIS 1, 2 and 3 forms process
  • Dealing with ad hoc queries from the wider firm when required
  • Deferred tax, acting as firms go to specialist
  • Enterprise Management Incentive (EMI) planning, advance assurance and reporting
  • ATED in year notification and year end reporting


Corporate Tax Manager Position Requirements

  • Studying towards or qualified in ATT/CTA
  • Previous experience within corporate tax preferably handling some advisory work
  • Experience within practice
  • Live within a commutable distance to Gerrards cross

  • £55,000 - £70,000 per annum
