Wonderful role opportunity in the Buckinghamshire area for a Skilled Financial Services Administrator or candidate linked to it at a more junior level for office based IFA Firm 9am to 5pm : ).  You will be required to support in FINANCIAL SERVICES ADMINISTRATION THE FINANCIAL ADVISORS AND PARAPLANNERS ON THE ADMINISTRATIVE SIDE AND GET DEVEOPED - You need  ADMINISTRATION skills and a link to FINANCIAL SERVICES in order to cover the Admin role very well. The SUCCESSFUL candidate SHOULD be able to demonstrate a stable employment history and 2+ years’ experience within an IFA practice. A strong work ethic and ability to hit the ground running is desired and required.  YOU MUST BE HUGELY SKILLED ON TEH FOLLOW UP WITH THE ADVISORS AND PARAPLANNERS PAPERWORK ADMINISTRATION LINKED TO THE CLIENTS WHO YOU WILL  FOLLOW UP WITH TOO. :)

TO BE CONSIDERED :- Experience & Skills Required - (Minimum of 6 months in IFA Financial Administrator Role 

Conscientious and organised, with a strong work ethic.Willingness to learn and openness to being coached/mentored.Computer literate in Microsoft Office, platforms and back-office systems (Intelliflo).Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.Client centric approach.Good levels of Regulatory and Industry Knowledge.High attention to detail and professionalism.Accurate data entry and record keeping skills.Willingness to study towards EVEN MORE professional qualifications (supported by the firm).

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES LINKED TO EVERY DAY IN THE OFFICE :-

Obtain illustrations,  documentation, fund factsheets, KIIIDs & application forms from Platforms/Providers etcReview meeting preparation - produce valuations, ensure correct documentation is gathered etcCompletion of product application forms, Trust documentation,  new business submission etcMonitoring & oversight of new business applications etcIssue client documentation to the client providers as appropriate eg Paraplanners, AdvisorsElectronic ID checks & ensure compliance documentation is present ‘on files etcAccurately maintain client’s personal details and policy information, update fee expectations via Intelliflo and in-house databases.Deal with and respond to written, telephone and electronic general enquiries from IFAs, colleagues, clients and providers.FABULOUS OPPORTUNITY AS OUTLIED FOR THE SKILLED or JUNIOR SKILLEDE ADMINISTRATOR IN FINANCIAL SERVICES linked to PENSIONS AND INVESTMENTS ETC.
