What's involved?

  • Dealing with and processing all enquiries for any conference and or functions
  • Recording and processing all bookings, cancellations and amendments promptly
  • Taking bookings for accommodation
  • Conducting show-rounds to all potential clients
  • Producing and presenting the weekly M&E forecast
  • At least 2 years' experience is required within Meeting & Events coordination with the knowledge of the Opera system
