Finishing Operative Anodising

As a Finishing Operative (Anodising), you will be responsible for a variety of finishing and inspection operations, ensuring the highest quality standards are met. Your duties will include:

• Operating anodising finishing equipment in both manual and automated production lines
• Preparing components for finishing processes by bunging, masking, and jigging
• Operating barrel tumbling and vibratory finishing equipment
• Preparing the metallic surface for further processing, including anodising and passivation
• Undertaking thorough inspection of parts

The ideal candidate for this Finishing Operative (Anodising) role will have:

• Experience working with process chemicals and in an anodising/metal finishing environment
• A basic manufacturing/engineering background and the ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
• Knowledge of health and safety, QAIs, and COSHH regulations
• Desirable: SAP experience
