Job Title: HCA Supervisor
Location: Gerrards Cross
Salary: £28,750 per annum
Hours: 40 hours per week
Shift Patterns:
- 7:00 am 3:30 pm
- 10:30 am 7:00 pm
- 5 days a week with alternate weekend shifts

We are seeking an experienced HCA Supervisor to join our growing team, based at our Gerrards Cross office. This role is ideal for someone with 2+ years of experience in a supervisory or field care role, combined with a Level 3 qualification in Social Care.
Key Responsibilities as a Field Care Supervisor:
Supervision & Leadership:
- Supervise a team of Healthcare Assistants, ensuring high standards of care delivery.
- Conduct performance assessments and offer guidance and support to staff.
Client Care (20%):
- Provide hands-on personal care when necessary, assisting with hygiene, feeding, and mobility.

- Chalfonts
- Denham
- Gerrards Cross
- Farnham Common
Administrative Duties (80%):
- Coordinate rotas, manage recruitment, and oversee training and development.
- Maintain client care records, update care plans, and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
- Conduct audits, inspections, and quality assurance checks in line with company standards.
Skills, Experience, and Abilities:
- Required:
- Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care.
- 2+ years of experience as a Field Care Supervisor or in a similar role.
- Preferred:
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to multitask between fieldwork and administrative duties.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organisational abilities.
