A workshop fitter is needed, working Monday to Friday, 42.5 hours a week, 12 an hour - permanent opportunities are available after completing 12 weeks of probation. 28 days holiday a year, weekly pay. Location of the Workshop Fitter Position: Gerrards Cross
The Workshop Fitter role would suit anyone who has worked with Joinery, Coachbuilders, Modular home builders, Vehicle fitters, or people who have worked in 'hands-on' roles and who are comfortable using hand and power tools.
The Workshop Fitter will be:
Working in a clean, modern, and safe facility on a vehicle conversion line
Working in the sub assembly department building vehicle racking kits - similar to flat pack furniture
Following basic drawings
Using various hand and power tools.
To be successful to be a Workshop Fitter you may have experience working in manufacturing, assembling, or a fitting job:
Joinery
Coachbuilding/Mechanical Assembly
Fitting Manufacturing
Property maintenance
Handyman/ skilled Labourer
The ability to comfortably use hand and air/power tools, furniture fitter or Furniture assembler
