Location: Chalfont St Peter

Salary: Circa 30,000, with 22 days holiday plus bank holidays and an additional day of leave for your birthday

Role Overview:

We are currently in search of a dedicated and customer-focused IT Analyst to join our dynamic team based in Chalfont St Peter. While the role does not require daily presence in the office, there is an expectation of regular on-site visits to our clients, most of whom are located within a 30-minute driving radius.

Key Responsibilities:

On-Site Support: Minimum of 2 scheduled on-site client visits per week, with additional reactive visits and project-related site work as required.

Helpdesk Support: Providing remote support through handling calls, emails, and ticket communications, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues.

Technical Maintenance and Troubleshooting: Addressing issues related to Windows desktop, Office365, Windows server, telephony, and internet services.

Client Interaction: Building and maintaining professional relationships with our clients, particularly within local schools.

Key Requirements:

MSP Experience: Prior experience working in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment is crucial.

Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills.

DBS Check: Willingness to undergo an enhanced DBS check due to our work with schools.

Technical Know-How: Strong understanding and hands-on experience with Microsoft environments (Windows desktop, Office365, Windows server) and ideally, minimal experience with Azure and Google Workspace/Gsuite.

Additional Technical Experience: Experience in telephony and internet service would be significantly advantageous.

Preferred Experience:

A minimum of 2 years in an IT role, preferably within an MSP, with some exposure to school environments, although this is not crucial
