Overview

Our client is seeking a Technical Support Analyst to join their growing team. As a global leader in Clinical Intelligence, our client is dedicated to transforming healthcare data to enhance patient outcomes. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in providing technical support to their customers, contributing to the improvement of our products and services.

Responsibilities

- Provide technical support to customers via phone and support tickets, ensuring timely and high-quality assistance.

- Collaborate with customers to identify and address implementation activities, ensuring a seamless experience.

- Work closely with the development team to diagnose and resolve customer issues, escalating when necessary.

- Install and customize applications for new customers and conduct training sessions for users.

- Test bug fixes before delivery to customers and maintain support issue tracking.

Qualifications

- IT qualification/degree with knowledge and experience in Application Support, Windows, Databases, and Remote Access Tools.

- Proficiency in using service desk ticketing tools such as Jira.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

- Confidence and clarity in communicating over the phone, with a high degree of autonomy.

- Minimum of 2 years' experience in second-line support is desirable.

- Must be able to drive and live within a one-hour commute to the office.
