Who are we?
Our client is an industry leader in the ever-growing Medical Technology sector, leading to them working with some of the biggest clients in that industry. The software they produce is changing the way the industry understands their data and subsequently the way that they operate. As part of their growth, comes the need to grow their support team out.
What will you be doing?
Working as part of a wider support team you will be quick to adapt to the product (training provided), using your already well developed IT skills and good communication skills you will assist both technical and non-technical customers with issues. The ability to think on your feed and work out the best solutions across various technologies and hardware.
What do you need….
- Experience of working in an Service Desk or Application support role.
- Good general knowledge of a wide range of technologies across Windows/Microsoft.
- Jira
- 1st to 3rd Line ticket resolution.
- Superb customer facing skillset and telephony manner.
