- Answering telephone calls in a polite and efficient manner.
- Undertaking administrative duties such as photocopying and updating client details.
- Arranging appointments and handling client interactions professionally.
- Accessing and inputting data into the firm’s client case management system.
- Handling all confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Proven experience working as a Legal Secretary.
- Excellent technical skills, including a fast and accurate typing speed.
- Ability to manage a busy workload with minimal supervision and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong communication skills and a confident, friendly, and outgoing manner, both over the phone and in person.
- Keen attention to detail.
