We are seeking an experienced Production Control and Logistics Supervisor with at least 3 years of supervisory experience in logistics within the automotive manufacturing sector. Strong people management skills are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Delivery: Oversee the sequencer, supervise loading of finished products, track shipments, and manage delivery schedules. Implement Misdeliveries per Million (MPM) for continuous improvement.
  • Production Line Support: Maintain stocking areas, manage supply flow, supervise unloading, and measure supplier performance through MPM, with a focus on improvements in the picking zone.
  • Logistics Essentials: Manage booking operations, traceability, labelling, and container management.
  • Visual Management: Implement FIFO systems and manage alert systems.
  • Resource Management: Efficiently organize equipment and human resources for optimal performance.
  • Productivity Improvements: Continuously seek productivity gains.
  • Team Leadership: Train, manage, and support a team of logistics operators.
