Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Director and Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and delivering healthcare construction projects.
- Liaise with contractors, consultants, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor project progress, budgets, and schedules, identifying and addressing any issues.
- Support the management of health & safety, risk assessment, and compliance with UK building regulations.
- Contribute to procurement, reporting, and stakeholder communication.
- Attend site meetings and project reviews, ensuring all documentation is up to date.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in construction or project management (healthcare project experience preferred).
- Some knowledge of UK building regulations; international project experience is a plus.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
