Experienced and versatile Quantity Surveyor required to join a company who are both a small developer and also invoved with contracting work.
Assisting the Construction Director with land deals for potential residental develoments will be a key part of the role, along with general pricing of materials, subcontracter packages etc.
The company has several separate divisions which inclde: civils, solar, M&E and housing developments, all of which will require the input of the Quantity Surveyor when tendering and pricing.
This is small company with a friendly and relaxed culture, the company is looking to grow over the next 5 years, with the QS being key to the planned business growth.
The Construction Director is keen to interview potential candidates over the coming weeks with a view to welcoming a Quantity Surveyor into the team as soon as possible.
