A leading construction company is seeking an experiencedPlannerto support the successful delivery ofhospital and healthcare construction projectsacross the UK and internationally. This is a key role in ensuring projects aredelivered on time, within scope, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintaindetailed project programmes, ensuring alignment with project goals.
• Work closely withproject managers, design teams, and site teamsto monitor progress and mitigate delays.
• Useplanning software(Primavera P6, Asta Powerproject, or similar) to produce schedules and reports.
• Identifyrisks, critical paths, and opportunitiesto optimize project delivery.
• Provide regular updates andreporting on project performanceto stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance withconstruction regulationsand healthcare sector standards.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Plannerin the construction industry, ideally with a focus on healthcare projects.
• Background inmain contracting.
• Proficiency inPrimavera P6, Asta Powerproject, or MS Project.
• Strong understanding ofconstruction sequencing, methodologies, and risk management.
• International project experience is required.
