Purchase Ledger Clerk

Firm based in Hythe are looking for an accounts purchase ledger clerk

DUTIES

Paying invoices

Enter invoices onto the computer system

Run payments and process BACS payments

Deal with statement reconciliation

Deal with account enquiries

Make deductions where applicable to payments

Code and enter all company credit card expenses, cheque requests, petty cash and expense claims

Deal with other ad-hoc administration duties

Requirement:

  • Experience in a similar role is preferable but not essential
  • User of Microsoft Office programs.
