Job Title: Machine Operator - Temp to perm
Monday to Thursday (no weekends)
Enhanced over time after 40 hours
Full training provided
Our client, a leading manufacturing company, is seeking a Machine Operator to join their dynamic and highly motivated team. As a Machine Operator, you will play a crucial role in producing high-quality products, meeting productivity targets, and ensuring a safe working environment. Key Responsibilities:

Operate machinery and equipment in a factory environment

Moving product from production line, wrapping, storing in warehouse

Loading deliveries
-
Loading raw materials to production line

Working to production targets
-
Maintain clean work area.

Participate in plant maintenance tasks to optimise equipment performance
Requirements:

You must have your own transport due to location
-
Experience working in a manufacturing environment.

Knowledge of Health and Safety
-
Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.

Flexibility to work across various plants and tasks.

Positive and proactive attitude towards work.
