Position: Business Analyst / Project Manager Reports to: Programme ManagerLocation: Gillingham (Hybrid role)
The Role:The UKs leading car supermarket requires an experienced business analyst with project management skills to support a programme of work as we grow and transform the business. You will work with multiple internal and external resources, ensuring projects are delivered which meet business need.
Requirements of this role:•   Demonstratable BA/PM experience with a track record of delivering in an agile, fast-paced and multi-disciplined environment.•   Experienced working with development teams to deliver products with clearly measurable business benefits.•   Skilled at owning the design, implementation and testing of small and large projects.•   Experience managing integrations of 3rd party systems into the core business.•   Ability to work across multiple projects from concept to post implementation, able to prioritise effectively and focus on elements that truly add benefit.•   Capable of managing multiple assignments simultaneously within agreed timescales.•   Experience in UAT testing of products and services.•   Ability to successfully embed change into the business and monitor success of change.•   Support the internal development of processes around IT enabled business change
Skills and qualifications•   Education to degree level (desirable)•   BCS certified in business analysis (desirable)•   3 years minimum experience in a similar BA/PM role (essential)•   Experience of working in agile methodology (essential)•   Working knowledge of Automotive Industry (desirable)
