Our client, a well-established company in the construction sector, is looking for an experienced Estimator with cladding expertise to join their dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to work on high-profile projects, collaborating closely with the Marketing & Business Development team to produce accurate and competitive estimates.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare estimates for PQQs, ITTs, pitches, and proposals, working alongside the Marketing & Business Development Manager.
- Monitor and manage budgets for tenders, pitches, and proposals.
- Ensure a smooth and efficient handover of information to the Commercial Department.
Essential Requirements
- Cladding experience is a must.
- At least 2 years' experience as an Estimator.
- Strong analytical skills with great attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Confident and ambitious, with the ability to engage professionally with clients and stakeholders.
- Advanced IT skills, particularly proficiency in MS Excel.
