What is the job of a Talent Acquisition Advisor:I’m partnered with a multinational business keen to expand their Talent Acquisition Team. This large company is investing in creating a team capable of sourcing and attracting top talent to meet diverse company needs!
Day-to-day of the role for the Talent Acquisition Advisor:
- Sourcing and identifying potential candidates through various channels
- Conducting initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate suitability
- Coordinating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements
- Maintaining and updating the candidate database and tracking systems
- Assisting in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies
Required skills and qualifications for the Talent Acquisition Advisor:
- Previous experience in recruitment or talent sourcing is required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of IT and recruitment software
- A CIPD qualification is beneficial but not essential
