We are seeking a results-driven and motivated professional with a passion for driving growth and fostering client relationships. Our growing recruitment company is looking for a talented Business Development Manager to join the team!

As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships and helping us expand our client base. If you have a proven track record in sales and a deep understanding of the recruitment industry, we want to hear from you!

What are the responsibilities of the role?

  • Generating new leads, through proactive business development activities
  • Closing deals and securing new clients for the business
  • Proactively engaging with potential clients through a variety of sales techniques, including cold calling, door-to-door visits, and networking events
  • Arranging appointments and attending meetings with prospect clients
  • Building relationships with potential clients
  • Achieving quarterly sales targets
  • Managing and maintaining an accurate sales pipeline
  • Confidently engage with businesses of all sizes, tailoring your approach to meet the unique needs of each organization
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with decision-makers and procurement teams to secure a place on clients Preferred Supplier Lists (PSL)

What ae the requirements for this role?

  • Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably within the recruitment market
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers at all levels
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
