As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships and helping us expand our client base. If you have a proven track record in sales and a deep understanding of the recruitment industry, we want to hear from you!
What are the responsibilities of the role?
- Generating new leads, through proactive business development activities
- Closing deals and securing new clients for the business
- Proactively engaging with potential clients through a variety of sales techniques, including cold calling, door-to-door visits, and networking events
- Arranging appointments and attending meetings with prospect clients
- Building relationships with potential clients
- Achieving quarterly sales targets
- Managing and maintaining an accurate sales pipeline
- Confidently engage with businesses of all sizes, tailoring your approach to meet the unique needs of each organization
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with decision-makers and procurement teams to secure a place on clients Preferred Supplier Lists (PSL)
What ae the requirements for this role?
- Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably within the recruitment market
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers at all levels
- Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
