Key Responsibilities:
- Develop strong relationships with potential and existing clients, understanding their training needs.
- Introduce and explain our course offerings, guiding clients to the most suitable options.
- Manage all aspects of the booking process to ensure a seamless experience.
- Stay informed on our training services and industry standards to provide accurate information.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets, supporting overall company growth.
- Complete administrative tasks related to course bookings, maintaining data accuracy and compliance.
Ideal Candidate:
- Experience: Proven sales experience, ideally within a training, certification, or accreditation-focused environment.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with training courses or accreditation programs is highly desirable.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport easily.
- Goal-Oriented: Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset and proactive approach.
- Organisation: Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills.
