Mechanical Project Manager

Caddy Group are seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to lead and oversee commercial fit out and refurbishment projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of mechanical installations, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage mechanical installations for commercial fit out and refurbishment projects
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met
• Monitor project progress, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
• Prepare and manage project budgets, schedules, and reports
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project lifecycle

Qualifications and Experience:

• Proven experience as a Mechanical Project Manager in commercial fit out and refurbishment
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and construction processes
• Excellent project management and organisational skills
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Effective communication and leadership abilities
• Relevant qualifications in mechanical engineering or construction management
