Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage mechanical projects, with a focus on retrofit school projects.

  • Collaborate with clients, contractors, and team members to ensure effective communication and smooth project execution.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Mechanical Project Manager, specifically with retrofit school projects.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical building services.
  • Excellent leadership and project management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Full UK driving licence.
