Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage mechanical projects, with a focus on retrofit school projects.
- Oversee all aspects of project delivery, from inception through to completion, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and team members to ensure effective communication and smooth project execution.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Mechanical Project Manager, specifically with retrofit school projects.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical building services.
- Excellent leadership and project management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Full UK driving licence.
