While occasional site visits may be required, most of your work will involve preparing compliant tenders and supporting the commercial and contracts departments from the office.This position is ideal for an Estimator from a Construction or Cladding background who seeks a technical challenge in a reputable company, with a bonus structure to enhance your earnings and opportunities for continuous professional development.The Role:

• Prepare estimates for PQQs, ITTs, pitches, and proposals
• Create and manage budgets for tenders and projects
• Quantify cladding work from engineering drawings
• Liaise with commercial, procurement, and client teams

• Commutable to London and the Southeast
