This role would suit a driven and experienced sales professional with a background in fire safety solutions or a related industry who is eager to lead a high-performing team in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

The Role:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and achieve targets
• Working from the Gillingham site, performing site visits to clients
• Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, building strong client relationships

The Person:

• Proven experience in a sales management role, ideally within fire safety or a related field
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of driving sales team success
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a results-driven mindset
