I am working with a rapidly growing family-run business who are recruiting a Business Development Executive. This role offers the opportunity to create new business opportunities through outbound calls and relationship building with prospective clients. You will be part of a fast-growing organisation known for its supportive and friendly team environment

Day-to-day of the role of a Business Development Executive:

  • Conduct B2B outbound calls to qualify new and existing leads.
  • Attract new companies to collaborate with our client, focusing on how improvements can be made through our services.
  • Identify potential sales opportunities and generate leads with a seamless handover to the sales team for quoting, appointments, or virtual meetings.
  • Engage in networking at various events to expand business connections.

Required Skills & Qualifications Business Development Executive:

  • Proven work experience in business development or outbound calling is highly desirable.
  • Professional and confident telephone manner, coupled with a positive and enthusiastic approach.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven, with a focus on achieving sales goals.
  • Ability to quickly build new business relationships.
