We are seeking a Sales Communication Manager to join our Senior Management team during a period of growth.
The role involves managing central sales and communication, setting daily targets, and overseeing people management.
Candidates should have experience in membership sales, spa reservations, or health club general management, along with proficiency in Outlook and Excel.
The position requires monitoring and reporting KPIs in membership sales, spa reservations, and workspace management.
The salary for this role is competitive, and candidates should have at least 3 years of relevant experience.

Working closely with our Senior Management team, we are recruiting for a Sales Communication Manager as we enter an exciting period of growth.

Focusing on three Key Areas:

Management of the Central Sales & Communication
Team Daily target setting
People Management Management of All communication channels
General Management of our Rainham Workspace location
Home of our Head Office, Central Sales Team, and Private Office tenants
Monitor, and Report KPIs and Targets in membership sales, spa reservation, and workspace

Essential Skills and Experience

Desired Experience

Previous experience in Membership Sales, Spa Reservation, or Health Club General Management
Experience working with various Social Media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
