We are looking for skilled machine operators based in Rochester, Kent who are ready to take on the challenge of ensuring machines run at optimal capacity.
Shift:
4 on 4 off NIGHTS
6pm-6am
Role and Responsibilities (but not limited to):
- Configure, operate, and optimise machine functions.
- Ensure machines work at full capacity.
- Perform basic maintenance and hygiene tasks.
- Conduct quality checks to maintain high standards.
- Replenishing packaging and films to the production line during the shift including the stacking of trays.
- Completing documentation throughout the shift.
- Help & assist in the training of others and identify own training needs.
- Replenish the PH.
Essential Attributes:
- Work Experience: Proven experience in a similar role within the same environment.
- Education: Certificate in basic food hygiene.
Technical Skills & Competencies:
- Health and Safety awareness.
- Ability to follow instructions and use initiative.
- Excellent communication skills.
- IT literacy.
