Our client has been established over 130 years ago, is one of Kent's leading law firms. The firm combines traditional values with a modern approach, featuring online case tracking and case management systems to enhance client experience. They have multiple offices across Kent.
As a firm there is a strong focus on property law, with their Property Department being a major part of the firm’s operations.
Due to volume of work, they are looking for a further conveyancer and are open to a Solicitor, Legal Executive, Conveyancer or Fee Earner as long as you have at least 2 years’ experience of managing your own caseload of conveyancing matters.
The role:
This is a great opportunity to join an award-winning residential property team who won the industry leading LEAP Modern Law Conveyancing Awards as Conveyancing Firm of The Year 2024 - South of England.
Joining a large team, you will manage a diverse caseload of conveyancing matters, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, new build property purchases, and shared ownership properties.
What are they looking for?
- A Solicitor, Legal Executive, Conveyancer or Fee Earner with at least 2 years’ experience managing your own caseload
- Completion of degree, and LPC or technical qualification.
- Strong IT skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to demonstrate a willingness and drive to learn and succeed.
