This role plays a key part in supporting customers and enhancing their overall experience.Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and develop relationships with both existing and potential customers.
  • Assist with onboarding new clients, processing orders, and providing telephone-based product assistance.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues, ensuring all queries are logged and addressed promptly.
  • Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system and organise daily call schedules.
  • Identify and capitalise on opportunities to promote additional products to current customers.
  • Coordinate the dispatch and return of equipment.
Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of experience in a customer service role.
  • Professional and confident telephone manner.
  • Strong analytical skills with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Excellent ability to multitask and manage priorities efficiently.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and experienced in CRM software (such as Zoho or similar).
  • A collaborative team player who thrives in a supportive environment.
  • A valid driving licence is required due to the office’s location.
