- Manage and develop relationships with both existing and potential customers.
- Assist with onboarding new clients, processing orders, and providing telephone-based product assistance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues, ensuring all queries are logged and addressed promptly.
- Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system and organise daily call schedules.
- Identify and capitalise on opportunities to promote additional products to current customers.
- Coordinate the dispatch and return of equipment.
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer service role.
- Professional and confident telephone manner.
- Strong analytical skills with a problem-solving mindset.
- Excellent ability to multitask and manage priorities efficiently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and experienced in CRM software (such as Zoho or similar).

- A valid driving licence is required due to the office’s location.
