- Respond to incoming calls and online inquiries, assisting customers and converting leads into sales.
- Handle inquiries from customers regarding DPF cleaning, maintenance plans, and fleet services.
- Actively promote and sell DPF cleaning services and maintenance plans to fleet businesses.
- Work collaboratively with the team to meet monthly individual sales targets.
- Provide excellent customer service by understanding customer needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Follow up with prospective customers who have not completed online forms to drive conversions.
- Maintain accurate records in line with company procedures and ensure smooth communication between teams.
- A proactive attitude with a drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Sales experience is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided.
- Ability to work effectively within a team and contribute to a positive work environment.
- Willingness to work 1 in 4 Saturdays as part of the rota.
- An interest in the automotive or fleet maintenance sector is a plus.
