We are currently recruiting for an experienced Compliance & Risk Manager to join our client based in Gillingham, Dorset. This can be a mix of office and home based working and can be either full time or part time to suit.

The role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for key elements of compliance and financial risk management within the business, including responsibility for day-to-day compliance and risk management and ensuring the Firm’s regulatory obligations and professional and practice standards remain compliant and that best practice is promoted and followed at all times.

The Person:

You will have sound experience of compliance and risk management within the legal sector and be knowledgeable on SAR and AML along with other relevant legal, financial and data protection legislation and frameworks. You will be proficient at identifying and managing potential risks, putting timely, workable solutions in place and making recommendations for continuous improvement.

You will be a people person who is positive, hands-on and both team and results focused with strong communication and organisational skills; coupled with a professional and friendly approach, thriving on working in a fast-paced team.
