Your expertise will be instrumental in delivering high-quality preventative maintenance, servicing, installation, and repair services.RESPONSIBILITIES* Carry out comprehensive preventative maintenance on various diesel-powered machines* Perform routine servicing, maintenance, installation, and repair* Conduct fault diagnosis and rectification of engine, alternator, and control systems* Generate detailed service reports and liaise with contract managers and head office* Adhere to the company's health and safety, quality, and environmental policies* Complete risk assessments and participate in the on-call rotaREQUIREMENTS* Background in servicing and maintaining diesel engines, alternators, and/or controls* Good working knowledge of mechanical and electrical principles* Strong diagnostic abilities and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment* Commitment to health and safety, quality, and environmental policies* Excellent communication skills for internal and external interactions* Full UK driving licence (ECS or other industry certification desirable)COMPANY OVERVIEWOur client is a trusted specialist known for their expertise in providing comprehensive services for diesel-powered machines.
