This will vary from 1-day courses to 10-day courses. You will also be responsible for designing new training courses and play an important part in shaping the company's training systems.The ideal candidate for this position will have Electrical or Electronics experience in an Industrial environment and possess excellent technical knowledge. They will possess strong interpersonal & communication skills and be coachable & willing to learn. Previous training experience is not required; this role is ideal for someone who wants to make a career change and take on a new challenge. The Role:
- Trainer/Instructor Role
- Delivering short courses to small groups of engineers
- Occasional travel involved (company car/mileage allowance provided)
- Designing brand new training courses

- Willing to occasionally travel & work evenings/weekends
