We are working with a market leading and globally recognised manufacturing company in the Medway area to resource for a HRBP.This position involves leading strategic initiatives in talent management and employee development to build and sustain a high-performance workforce. The HRBP will work closely with leadership to identify, develop and retain top talent.

ER & Engagement

  • Develop and execute initiatives to improve employee engagement and satisfaction across the site
  • Lead retention strategies by identifying key drivers of employee turnover and recommendation actions to mitigate risk
  • Resolve complex employee relation issues, ensuring alignment with company values and culture

OD & Change Management

  • Support organisational change initiatives
  • Work with Senior leadership to facilitate organisational redesigns

Compensation & Benefits

  • Provide guidance on compensation strategies to attract and retain top talent
  • Support annual compensation planning

Performance Management

  • Drive the implementation and continuous improvement of performance management processes, including setting goals, conducting performance reviews and providing development feedback.
