We are delighted to bring this full-time opportunity to market, working for a highly successful food manufacturing business in the Rochester area.

This temp-to-perm role offers full training, regular pay increases, and excellent career progression within a growing company.

Duties and Responsibilities for Manufacturing Operative:

  • Blending and mixing ingredients to precise formulations.

  • Operating machinery to fill, cap, and pack capsules and powders.

  • Carrying out quality checks to ensure products meet strict industry standards.

  • Working as part of a production team to meet daily manufacturing targets.

  • Following strict food safety regulations and company policies.

  • Maintaining high hygiene standards and ensuring PPE is worn correctly.

Experience Required for Manufacturing Operative:

  • Previous experience in food or pharmaceutical manufacturing.

  • Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP).

  • Experience in blending, mixing, or packing powders and capsules is an advantage but not essential.
