In this pivotal position, you will be an integral part of the Executive Team, steering the financial strategy and sustainability of their expanding Trust. This is a remarkable opportunity to influence the future of the organisation, ensuring financial excellence and integrity while collaborating closely with the CEO and leadership team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the trust’s strategic development through effective financial planning and management.
  • Maintain robust financial management of the trust and its academies.
  • Ensure compliance with legal obligations and financial regulations, collaborating with the Head of Governance and COO.
  • Provide motivational leadership across all levels of the trust’s organisation.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Formal accountancy qualification - CIMA/ACCA/ACA/ICAEW
  • Experience with PS Financials and IMP.
  • Proven experience in leading teams.
  • Strong knowledge of financial systems and processes.
