Job Title: Chief Financial Officer

In this pivotal position, you will be an integral part of the Executive Team, steering the financial strategy and sustainability of their expanding Trust. This is a remarkable opportunity to influence the future of the organisation, ensuring financial excellence and integrity while collaborating closely with the CEO and leadership team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the trust’s strategic development through effective financial planning and management.
- Maintain robust financial management of the trust and its academies.
- Ensure compliance with legal obligations and financial regulations, collaborating with the Head of Governance and COO.
- Provide motivational leadership across all levels of the trust’s organisation.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Formal accountancy qualification - CIMA/ACCA/ACA/ICAEW
- Experience with PS Financials and IMP.
- Proven experience in leading teams.
- Strong knowledge of financial systems and processes.
