Are you an experienced Financial Administrator within Private Client Wealth Management? Our client, a reputable provider of independent financial advice in Kent, has built a solid reputation through their holistic, jargon-free approach. They are currently seeking an adept Financial Administrator to join their friendly and supportive team due to increased new business.

As a Financial Administrator, you will be an integral part of a 10-member team supporting a growing number of Financial Advisers. Your responsibilities will encompass the full end-to-end financial administration process, from onboarding new clients to addressing client queries and liaising with product providers and Advisers. Additionally, you will support the Office Manager in the daily operations of the Financial Admin Team, handle technical queries, and assist with training junior team members.

In this leadership role, you will:

  • Lead the financial administration team, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and internal protocols.
  • Develop detailed financial plans and reports.
  • Manage the onboarding process for new clients.
  • Address and resolve client queries efficiently.
  • Liaise with product providers and Advisers.
  • Support the Office Manager with team management and training.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of solid Financial Administration experience.
  • Proficiency with Aviva, Transact, Quilter, and Fidelity platforms is essential.
  • Familiarity with Xplan as a back-office system is beneficial.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Experience within an SJP firm is desirable.
