Are you an experienced hygiene professional with leadership skills and a keen eye for detail? Join our team in Rochester, where you'll play a crucial role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and hygiene across our facility.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure Site-Wide Hygiene Standards: Work as part of a team to uphold visual and microbiological hygiene excellence across all site areas.
  • Team Supervision: Oversee the Hygiene team to ensure PPE compliance and timely presence on the shop floor.
  • Issue Resolution & Communication: Identify and address hygiene challenges, reporting these to the Hygiene Manager.
  • Follow Procedures: Adhere strictly to all hygiene, food safety, quality, and health & safety standards.
  • Reporting & Documentation: Report any Food Safety/Health & Safety issues, complete PARs, and maintain accurate records.
  • Cleaning Protocol Compliance: Perform scheduled cleaning tasks, ensuring “right first time” results following safety protocols.
  • Audit & Inspection: Conduct daily GMP audits and equipment inspections, reporting any maintenance needs.
  • Team Development: Train and develop hygiene staff, fostering a proactive and safety-conscious team.
  • Stock Management: Organize and control stock issuance, managing replenishment orders as needed.
